Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: 
Shipping times vary, but for orders placed in the USA, your order should arrive in 5-7 business days. You can email store@privy.com if you have any questions.

 

Q: What is your return policy? 
A: We currently do not offer returns for books or t-shirts. If you would like to request a refund for your book, please email us store@privy.com. 

 

Q: How can I track my order? 
A: We are sending with USPS. We will be emailing you to notify you when your order ships. 

 

Q: Can I order the book if I live outside of the United States? 
A: Yes, absolutely. However, we do not offer international shipping for free. Your shipping cost will be calculated in checkout. Every country has its own set of regulations for importing goods. International buyers agree to ship at their own risk. Privy is not liable for any shipments that have been confiscated by customs or informing the customer of the cost of duty to import their goods.

 

Q: Can I change my shipping address after I've submitted by order? 
A: You can contact store@privy.com if you'd like a shipping address update. However, orders are fulfilled automatically with our shipping partner so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update your shipping details prior to the order being fulfilled.

 

Q: Will you provide me with an invoice for my order?
A: No, we do not currently support invoices. Once you've paid for your order you will receive a receipt via email for it.

 

Q: Are there any areas in the world where you do not ship?
